Tracy was born in Milwaukee, WI., moved to Janesville, WI., then moved again to Fort Wayne, IN. and finally to Indianapolis, IN.  She is survived by her mother Judy (Zimmermann) Hess and father Jerry Hess; brothers Jeffrey Hess (Lindsey) of Carmel, IN.; Steven Hess (Molly) of Avon, IN.  Was a niece to Henry and Mary Kay Hess, Rita Beres, David and Lois Hess, Jan and Don Armond, Mary Jane and Ken Luty, Donna Volkert, Sharon and Jerry Perkowski, and Joyce and Craig Liberto.  Aunt to Carson, Campbell, Bradford, Emory and Colton Hess.  She is now joining grandparents Chester and Dorothy Zimmermann, John (Ted) and Edna Hess and Uncle Ed Volkert.
For the past 5 years she has worked at Shares Inc. in Greenfield, IN.  She also competed in Special Olympics in Hancock County and loved to swim.
Visitation will be held on Sunday Aug. 3, 2014 from 5-8pm @ Indiana Funeral Care and Crematory

    I am executive director of Shares, Inc. and I want to say we are all very sorry for the passing of Tracy. We enjoyed you sharing part of her life with us. We loved being with her in our program, seeing her enjoy her life, listening to her talk and laughter.

    Tracy will be missed by all and we will have her and family in our thoughts.

    Judy and Jerry, I was shocked to hear of Tracy passing. She was such a beautiful person. Martha and I will miss her greatly at Special Olympics Bowling. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

    Flowers grow but Roses bloom and only the finest gets pick. Tracy was flower in all our lives. But to our Father she was a Rose. That fills His Garden in Heaven. We will miss her but we shall all met again. So sorry for your loss. Love u guys
